Accessing the Buyback Portal

The portal is accessible via web browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. Ensure you have an active internet connection.

Invitation and Access

Access is granted via an email invitation from your Dealership’s User Manager. If you haven't received an invitation, contact your User Manager directly. If you are unsure who your Dealership’s User Manager is, you can submit a support request here: https://www.valeur.io/help-centre-support

Profile Setup

Upon receiving your invitation email, set up your profile with your name, mobile number, and a secure password. Your email address will serve as your username. For password issues or if the invitation email is not received, contact us by completing the help centre support form.

Navigating the Portal

Key sections within the portal include:

  • Home page dashboard – Lists all Vehicle Buyback Agreements for the respective dealership

  • Vehicle Buyback Agreement – Create, edit, manage, and complete Buyback Agreements

  • User Setting – View and edit your profile settings, change password and see your dealership access

  • User Access – View all active and inactive users within the dealership

  • Help Centre – This is where you are now! Guides to help you become familiar with the Vehicle Buyback program and portal

  • Support – Raise support cases with Valeur support team for any enquiries you may have
