Understanding Your Active Dealership Context
Upon logging into the portal, you'll notice your dealership's name displayed at the top left corner of the screen, adjacent to the Valeur logo. This represents your currently active dealership. In cases where you have access to multiple dealerships, you can easily switch between them using the dropdown menu associated with the dealership name.
The dealership that is active at any given time dictates the scope of your Vehicle Buyback activities within the portal. For instance, the 'Home' dashboard will exclusively display Vehicle Buyback Agreements related to the dealership that is currently active. This specificity extends to the creation of new Vehicle Buyback agreements, ensuring that each agreement is correctly associated with the appropriate dealership.
Navigating The Homepage Dashboard
The home page dashboard is your primary view in the Vehicle Buyback Portal. This dashboard provides a comprehensive list of all agreements created under the active dealership. Each agreement is categorised by a ‘Status’, allowing you to filter and view the agreements in different ‘Status Groups’. Adjust the ‘Status Group’ dropdown to refine the displayed agreements as needed.
