Initiating a New Vehicle Buyback Agreement
After logging into the portal, the homepage will greet you with a clear starting point for creating a new Vehicle Buyback agreement. Locate and click on the ‘+ New Vehicle Buyback’ button positioned at the top-right corner of your screen to begin.
Calculating a Vehicle Buyback Estimate
Follow these simple steps to calculate your Vehicle Buyback Estimate:
Select the Vehicle: Choose the vehicle for which you want to create the buyback agreement.
Set the Term: Decide on the duration of the agreement in months.
Annual Kilometres: Input the estimated kilometres driven per year.
Upon entering these details, the system automatically computes and displays the Vehicle Buyback Estimate on the right sidebar for desktop users. Note that any modifications made in the ‘Estimate’ tab are reflected immediately in these values.
Saving the Estimate and Applicant Details
To successfully save your estimate, follow these steps:
Proceed to Applicant Details: From the ‘Estimate’ tab, click ‘Next’ or directly select the ‘Applicant’ tab to enter the necessary information.
Enter Applicant Information: Complete all required fields with the applicant's details. This step is essential for saving your estimate.
Reference Field: Use the ‘Customer reference (optional)’ field to add any external reference IDs, like a contract or order ID, for additional record-keeping.
Save Your Work: After entering all necessary information, click the ‘Save’ button located in the top-right corner to secure your Vehicle Buyback Estimate.
